Spring Spirit Week 2026 Brought the Fun to WCHAS
If you walked onto campus during Spring Spirit Week 2026 at West Covina Hills Adventist School (WCHAS), you could feel it right away. Smiles were bigger, classrooms felt extra lively, and the whole campus was buzzing with school pride. Spirit Week is one of our favorite traditions because it’s a simple reminder that learning is even better when students feel connected, encouraged, and proud to be part of their school.
From pajamas to storybook characters, each day gave students and staff a fun way to show their personality while building community across our TK–8 Christian school in West Covina.
Monday: Pajama Day
We kicked off the week with Pajama Day, and it was the perfect start. Cozy clothes, warm smiles, and a relaxed vibe made Monday feel like a celebration. It was fun to see students arrive ready for a full day of learning… just in their comfiest gear.

Tuesday: Royal Ball
Tuesday was all about the Royal Ball. Crowns, dresses, suits, and royal accessories showed up all over campus. Students loved leaning into the theme, and the “royal” energy brought out a lot of confidence and creativity.

Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday
Midweek called for full-on fun. Wacky Wednesday gave everyone permission to be silly in the best way. Mismatched outfits, wild hair, funny accessories, and plenty of laughter made the day memorable and kept the school spirit going strong.

Thursday: M&M Day
Thursday’s theme was M&M Day, and the campus turned into a colorful celebration. Students dressed in their favorite colors and groups showed up coordinated and excited. It’s always fun seeing classes and friends plan their outfits together, and it’s one of the best examples of the unity we love at WCHAS.

Friday: Dr. Seuss Day
We wrapped up Spirit Week with Dr. Seuss Day, and the creativity was amazing. From Seuss-inspired outfits to playful touches that brought stories to life, Friday was a cheerful way to end the week. It was the perfect finish for a week that celebrated imagination, joy, and school pride.

Why Spirit Week Matters
Spirit Week is more than themed outfits. It’s one of the ways we build a strong, connected campus culture. When students participate, they feel like they belong. When staff join in, it shows students that school can be both meaningful and fun. And when families see the energy on campus, it’s a reminder that WCHAS is a place where community matters.
We’re grateful for the spirit, creativity, and positive energy our students brought all week long. Spring Spirit Week 2026 was a great example of what makes West Covina Hills Adventist School special.
